Out of Warranty We stock many hard-to-find parts, and have experience with most Apple
vintage products. We can source vintage components and rare parts from
our exclusive resources. We can help you decide when its not worth
investing further in an older product, and can help you migrate data
from older desktops and laptops to the replacement product of your
choosing.
In some cases we can help you locate operating legacy system versions
no longer on retail shelves, or locate hard-to-find drivers for Mac
clones and other third-party peripherals.

Standard turn-around for desktop products is 2-3 days, depending on parts availability. Macprofessionals offers an expedited service rate of $50, for which the product will receive the earliest possible attention. Macprofessionals expedited service is also dependent upon parts availability.
Emergency Repair services are also available.
Standard turn-around time for warranty repair facilitation of iBook and late-model PowerBook products is 5 business days after shipment, depending on parts availability. No expedited service rates are available in these cases.
While we take all reasonable steps to preserve and/or recover data,
Macprofessionals assumes no responsibility for customer data, even in
cases where data transfer, backup, or recovery is requested as part of
service. It is assumed that all files have been backed up prior to
service. Customers who have not backup up data prior to service, who
request backup, may be charged additional fees for this service. In
cases where data recovery has been requested, Macprofessionals
guarantees neither the success of the recovery, or the subsequent
viability of the hardware involved. Due to the unpredictable nature of
the data recovery process, the time involved in recovery attempts is
charged regardless of the level of success.
